Who We Are
NCP is comprised of Nieghborhood Housing Services (NHS) Rochester, NHS Black Rock-Riverside, NHS West Side, NHS Niagara Falls. Our staff is becoming more diverse and is comprised of lenders, homeownership counselors, green energy auditors, and construction managers.
What We Do
NCP is NeighborWorks America Affiliate that provides affordable housing, financial education, homeownership counseling, down payment and closing cost assistance, home rehab and green energy services.
