Who We Are

The Niagara Frontier Radio Reading Service is the leader in enabling people who are blind or have a print or visual disability access to local, state and national publications, news and information which advance a person’s ability to engage. The agency is a 501(c)(3) not-for-proit organization goverened by a Board of Directors and fueled by the weekly committment of more than 150 active volunteers.

What We Do

The Niagara Frontier Radio Reading Service provides resources and services that deliver audio interpretation, translation and transcription of print & visual media for people who are blind or have a print or visual disability so that they may make informed decisions as full participants in their communities while also enjoying its cultural resources, entertainment and supports. Volunteers read local & national newspapers, magazines, books and other publications for people who are blind, have a visual impairmnet, or have another print disability.
