Laurel's Grief Center

Laurel's Grief Center exists to provide grief support that promotes a transformational grief journey from bereavement to hope. We use peer support, which is support provided by someone with a similar experience, to encourage self-efficacy and hope. Peer support is uniquely implemented at Laurel's Grief Center through a blending of top-down (cognitive methods that use logic to promote physical relief) and bottom-up methods (physical methods that use somatic connection to bring physical relief)
