MISSION: XCEL exists to develop a community of leaders who are being EDUCATED, EQUIPPED & EMPOWERED to transform Buffalo. STRATEGY: XCEL will create a community of leaders who effect positive change in their sphere of influence. To that end, we support FAMILIES in 5 key areas: Academic, Social, Physical, Financial and Spiritual by forming partnerships with those who are committed to providing sustainable programs for the community.
