FLARE (Fillmore-Leroy Area Residents Inc.)

The primary purpose of Fillmore Leroy Area Residents, Inc. (FLARE) is to assist, develop, promote, encourage, and preserve the cultural, economic, social, and physical welfare of the persons residing in our service area, the Fillmore-Leroy area of the Masten district of the City of Buffalo. Alone, and in conjunction with other groups, FLARE will constantly develop plans, programs, and community-based activites to assist residents in the physical and economic development of our service area; thus spawning development throughout the City of Buffalo and the County of Erie.
