Who We Are
The GreenFields Continuing Care Community, a division of the Niagara Lutheran Health System, is located on 52 beautiful acres in Lancaster, New York.
Our Mission is to provide for the physical, social and spiritual needs of the individuals we serve, in a Christian Environment.
Our Values are Responsibility, Compassion, Respect, Integrity and Commitment.
We operate a Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living Residence, Enhanced/Special Needs Assisted Living Residence and Independent Apartments.
What We Do
The GreenFields provides residential apartment homes; assisted living services; skilled nursing - subacute and respite care, memory care, rehabilitation, aquatic therapy and outpatient services - physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech & language therapy, and wellness center; and enhanced & special needs assisted living services.
