As part of the Niagara Lutheran Health System, which was founded in 1956, The GreenFields is where life’s splendor is celebrated to the fullest through Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care / Enhanced Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing / Respite Care, Subacute Rehabilitation and Outpatient Therapy.
What We Do
In addition to the different levels of care we provide to patients and residents we serve, we have numerous volunteer opportunities that support the many meaning programs and socialization experiences for our patients and residents.
