Tour Guides Needed!

As the first point of contact for guests at Old Fort Niagara, Tour Guides play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our visitors. We are currently looking for new Tour Guides to join our team and lead daily orientation tours, school field trip tours, and specialty tours throughout the year. To ensure that our guides are well-equipped to deliver engaging and informative tours, we provide comprehensive training and mentorship programs. Join our dedicated team of Tour Guides at Old Fort Niagara and be a part of this exciting experience!

 

As tours are scheduled, our Volunteer Coordinator will contact Tour Guides to schedule them for each individual tour. If you have specific days of the week that you would like us to reach out to you about, please let us know.

Crowd Control and Safety: Play a crucial part in keeping our events safe and enjoyable. Manage crowd control to ensure a smooth flow of activities, and be a point of contact for any safety concerns.

Interact with Reenactors: Immerse yourself in history by spending time with our fantastic reenactors. Learn about their roles, costumes, and historical knowledge. Your interactions will contribute to an enriching experience for both volunteers and visitors alike.
