Duties include: Attending monthly Board and Finance Committee meetings. Managing the Society's bank, PayPal, and investment accounts and accounts payable. Preparing periodic financial statements. Preparing and filing required annual tax documents (IRS and NYS) Acting as a resource to the Board.Qualifications include: Familiarity with financial reports. Knowledge of accounting. Familiarity with financial software (Quicken or QuickBooks) helpful but not required. Ability to work well with others.
