Opportunity Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy volunteer to help us reformat, update, and optimize our Salesforce CRM platform. As our organization grows, we need our CRM to work better for tracking donors, program participants, volunteers, and partner relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in data systems, nonprofit operations, or CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in reviewing and updating current Salesforce records for accuracy and consistency.

Support the design and implementation of new fields, objects, and workflows based on staff feedback and organizational needs.

Help reorganize layouts, dashboards, and reports to better reflect program and development priorities.

Document processes and create simple how-to guides or training materials for staff use.

Participate in planning meetings with staff to ensure CRM functions meet program needs.

Support data cleanup projects (duplicate records, incomplete fields, outdated contacts, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce (user or admin level preferred).

Comfortable working with data entry, spreadsheets, and online databases.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Interest in nonprofit operations, fundraising, or program coordination.

Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive organizational data.

Bonus: Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or willingness to learn.
