Soccer for Success is currently looking for youth Coach-Mentors!
Soccer for Success is the U.S. Soccer Foundation’s after-school youth development program that is proven to help kids establish healthy habits and develop critical life skills. Soccer for Success is offered free to participants in Buffalo, Niagara Falls and Lackawanna by the Independent Health Foundation. Our curriculum focuses on: healthy living, mentorship, and community engagement.
- Paid training is provided.
- Must be 18 to be a head and/or assistant coach.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be COVID-19 vaccinated.
- Staff will need to be able to legally work in the United States in order to be a paid staff member.
- Both paid & volunteer positions are available.
- $15 - $22 hourly pay based on position & experience for paid positions.
- Coach-Mentors commit to 3x a week practices for 1 - 2 hour long practices (afternoon & evening practices available, in-person & virtual coaching available).
