Mock Interview Volunteer – Goodskills Career Builder (Goodwill of WNY)

Goodskills Career Builder, a workforce readiness program through Goodwill Industries of Western New York, is seeking volunteers to support job seekers preparing for careers in manufacturing and tech-enabled roles.  A key component of the program is the mock interview – an essential step participants must complete before meeting with hiring employers. In addition to being a program requirement, these interviews provide participants with valuable, real-time feedback to help them build confidence and strengthen their interview skills.  We are looking for professionals or retirees with interviewing or hiring experience to serve as mock interviewers. Volunteers will conduct practice interviews and offer constructive feedback to help participants succeed in real hiring environments.
