Would you like to volunteer for an organization that has been helping girls thrive for a 100 years?
Why volunteer for Girl Scouts?
1. It is flexible (you make your own schedule!) It can be an hour weekly, bi-weekly or monthly!
2. Troops do meet on weekends for someone who might work M-F
3. There are so many different opportunities from troop leader, cookie manager, troop helper, chaperone, etc. - we will find a place for you!
4. There are so many troops all across WNY you won't ever have to drive far!
5. Most importantly- you are sculpting a girls future and watching her learn things and become a lady in front of you! - how rewarding!!
If you are a student that needs hours or a sorority looking to mentor a troop together, this is the perfect opportunity!
Troops usually meet September-June and cookies begin in Feb so this is a great time to get started today ! :)
We have volunteer opportunities available throughout 9 WNY counties - Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Niagara, Orleans, and Wyoming Counties. We have a variety of opportunities to meet your interests, including ongoing troops, short-term series programs and one-time events. We will work with you to design a volunteer plan that fits your schedule. Girl Scout experience NOT required - full training provided!
