Canopy of Neighbors creates new pathways to aging well and aging independently in community. We service the city of Buffalo centered in the Delaware/Elmwood Village area and portions of the surrounding neighborhoods.

Canopy's mission is met through the efforts of its valuable volunteers. Drive a member to a medical or social appointment, help with simple household tasks, take a member to a movie, help with computer needs. Meet with a member, reach out by phone to check on a member - be a much needed touchpoint.
