Description: The Buffalo Museum of Science is hosting a Dinosaur Pajama Party on May 21st.
We are actively seeking long-term or short-term volunteers to help work the event.
Below is a description of the opportunities we have for that. Any volunteer interested can email Stephanie Drzymala at sdrzymala@sciencebuff.org. Volunteers must be 14 years or older to volunteer alone.
Dinosaur Dig Pit: Volunteers will assist a paid staff member to monitor our foam dinosaur dig pit.
Pajama Parade: Volunteers will assist a paid staff member in getting our little friends ready for the pajama parade. A volunteer will be stationed at the front and the caboose of the parade.
Pizza/Snack help: Help pass out pizza and snacks to our visitors
Tattoo Station: Volunteers will assist a staff member in handing out temporary tattoos
Claw-making station: Volunteers assist a staff member in creating dinosaur claws with our visitors for a great make and take.
Dinosaur Mask station: Volunteers will assist a visitors with creating their very own dinosaur mask.
