Disaster Action Team (DAT) members provide 24-7 immediate support and assistance to individuals and families who have been impacted by a home fire or other local disasters. We help meet the immediate basic needs of those affected by helping the individual or family with food, shelter, and clothing. We then start the recovery process. A typical call last 2 hours.
**This is an ON-CALL position with need for volunteers willing to travel throughout Genesee County!* You indicate your availability.
