The Response to Love Center has a special place in their hearts for all Military Veterans in need, and because of this, the AMVETS Career Training Center became part of the expansion of services at the Response to Love Center with its own dedicated space within the Center. The Response to Love Center has offered Veterans’ services for years; however the Center will now be able to target the specific needs of Veterans as they transition from Military to Civilian life. Veterans who are struggling with PTSD, who are in need of transportation for medical services, who are homeless and who are hungry will now have a resource through this partnership of the AMVETS and the Response To Love Center. In addition the center runs a food pantry, a thrift shop and helps people get their high school equivalency diploma.
