POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for supporting general district activities and providing reserve strength and aid as needed.
Includes advising the district committee of issues and programs as they arise.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in annual district election as a
voting member of the district.
Be available for consultation as to
improvements in the district.
Serve on the district committee or
commissioner staff.
Be available, as necessary, for service as a
chairperson for one of the committees in the
district, or for service as a committee
member, or in some special capacity to the
district.
Help recruit needed district leadership.
Help meet the district goals.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have an interest in serving youth of the community.
- Support local and national Scouting policy, procedures, and practices.
- No prior Scouting experience needed
