None Like You Family Education Community Outreach is a non-profit organization based in Buffalo, NY. We inform the public about environmental injustices, organize citywide outreach educational programs, research and design city green space

Want to become involved in your community? Want to clean up our planet? Do you just need volunteer hours for a class? Whichever reason, None Like You/We Care Community Outreach can help. We are always looking for volunteers.

The Problem: Throughout Buffalo, NY there are vacant lots with garbage piled on them. They can be dangerous and few people actually enjoy seeing them.

None Like You/ We Care Community Outreach turns those lots into garden walks. All of the lots are cleaned and its soil is tested for any dangerous chemicals. Once the soil has been deemed safe, fruits vegetables, and flowers are planted to liven it up and the neighborhood it's in. These gardens have proper drainage installed so the runoff doesn't drain into resident's basements. The gardens can be used by anyone at any time and also, help lower the crime rate in the area.

Skilled workers are also welcome: people who are good with computers, activists who want to fight for our cause, electricians, plumbers, roofers, carpenters, accountants, grant writers, garden designers, landscapers, advertisers, and good communicators.
