The Arc Erie County New York

I work for The Arc Erie County New York with a group of developmentally disabled adults in a community prevocational program.

The goal of the program is to build work readiness skills/good work habits through volunteer work. I am trying to expose my individuals to a variety of different experiences to keep their interest engaged and learn through new experiences. My staff would accompany the individuals to teach/train on given tasks.
