The mission of the Chautauqua County Office for the Aging is to provide information and services to seniors and their families to promote independence,optimal health and wellness in a safe and secure enviroment. This is accomplished through.... *an extensive,coordinated outreach and referral effort to the senior population *cost effective,nutritious,well-balanced meals through either home delivery or community centers *information and services to promote the independence, health and safety of seniors and to support their families and the communities where seniors live.
