Lockport Community Television

We are a local community cable television station that has been providing quality programming to Niagara County residents for over 30 years. We operate three cable channels that focus on community programming, educational programs and a governmental channel via the Time Warner Cable system. We do this from our studios at 293 Niagara Street in Lockport as well as via our mobile production vans that cover any number of community events including local sports, arts, music and high school graduations just to name a very few. We provide low cost training in all areas of production for both adults and youth and provide free access to air time for not for profit programming of community interest to our residents. In addition LCTV provides some streaming content via our website at www.lctv.net as well as operate our FM radio station WLNF. So we have a lot happening at LCTV and plenty of volunteer opportunities to learn a new skill, to meet interesting new people, to work in the some times fast paced and changing world of communications.

Our main focus is to provide and produce programming for our three cable television channels along with providing an outlet for both personal expression and also promote media literacy. To educate the community about opportunities to learn video production and produce local programming that meets their needs or aid others in doing so. LCTV combines this spirit of volunteer based productions with programming produced in-house by LCTV to create a diverse and entertaining glimpse into our surrounding community.
