Our Trading Post Community Outreach offers a Food Pantry, Clothing Exchange "Trading SWAP" program, 2nd Harvest Fruit & Veggies, Community Kitchen - Lunches, Giving Tree for Children (Infants, Backpacks, Christmas).
The Food Pantry offers client choice food distribution for income qualified families 2x per month and is open for emergency walk-ins 4 days per week. We host the Food Bank Mobile Pantry Truck 1:30pm on the 3rd Friday of each month. Our 2nd Harvest Bread & Produce program gleans fresh food from Walmard, Aldi's, Tops, & Panera Bread, assisting 20,000 people per year. Our Community Kitchen serves 800 hot meals per month.
Our grassroots TRADING SWAP & GIVING TREE projects meet over 7,000 clothing, infant, school supply, shoes, backpacks, and Christmas needs per year.
We partner with and refer to many other agencies to fill in the need gaps. These include, Salvation Army, Love INC., JSY, Food Bank of WNY, Bertrand Chaffee Hospital, SASI, PATHWAYS, Local service groups, Schools, Churches, Businesses and more.
We are a highly sought after Community Service outlet for schools and court mandated clients.
