Who We Are
Mission: Quality of Life Improvement Center, Inc. is an organization devoted to improving the lives of youth with special needs and their families and caregivers by providing recreational and educational after school activities.
History: We are planning to begin providing services beginning in September. As the mother of a child with special needs, Earlene Outling formed the organization and has been working hard to get it up and running.
What We Do
Quality of Life Improvement Center, Inc. will help with the overflow of waiting lists by providing a “Drop-In” center to meet the needs of both individual with special needs as well as providing parents/caregivers an opportunity to take a break, schedule personal appointments, run errands and take care of other family issues.
Quality of Life Improvement Center, Inc. will provide an environment outside of the home where children and youth with special needs can participate in physical activities together.
We are seeking volunteers who are compassionate and responsible, willing to share their big heart with the families who attend our center.
