Position Summary:
WHJESP is seeking enthusiastic and community-minded volunteers to represent the organization at fairs, festivals, and other local events. As a Community Outreach Volunteer, you’ll help raise awareness about our mission and engage the public in our free and low-cost youth sports and educational programming.
Key Responsibilities:

Attend and represent WHJESP at community tabling events

Set up and take down informational booths, including flyers, signage, and promotional giveaways

Share details about WHJESP’s summer sports clinics, after-school programs, and community events

Engage with attendees, collect sign-ups for mailing lists or volunteer interest

Distribute brochures and answer general questions about the organization

Take photos or short videos for use on social media (optional)

Provide brief feedback after each event to help WHJESP improve outreach efforts
