Our Day of Caring volunteers will be painting the inside of our ReStore.
Our ReStore is a thrift-like store that sells second-hand items to community members at low costs. All money raised from our ReStore goes towards funding our mission of building affordable homes in Buffalo. Habitat Buffalo's headquarters and offices are attached to the ReStore.
Volunteer tasks will include:
- Moving furniture items and other items away from the walls and painting the walls. There are 11 main walls in our ReStore, so we would try to paint as many of them as possible on this Day of Caring.
