The Valley Community Association’s signature event – the 23rd Annual “Old Neighborhood” St. Patrick’s Day Parade – will kick off on Saturday, March 19th, 2016 at 12 Noon from the Valley Community Center. The parade will wind through the streets of the historic Buffalo River Community and we are in need of individuals to assist with traffic control along the parade route.
Volunteers will assist with keeping streets clear of vehicular traffic and viewers from parking along the parade route.
