Volunteers are needed for our upcoming Open House & National Adoption Month Celebration, happening next Tuesday, November 15th. The event runs from 11am until 6pm.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Assist with set up the rooms with decorations and refreshments.
- Staff a registration table for guests to sign in.
- Assist with children's activities.
- Assist with parking.
- Assist with contests, raffles and door prizes through out the event.
- Assist with clean up.
We are asking volunteers willing to help set up to arrive around 9:00 am.
Volunteers are needed through out the event, therefore your preferred times can be chosen by you!
Also, happening on Monday, November 14th at 2:00 pm we are "beautifying" our property to look our best for the Open House! We could use assistance with cleaning up the yard and flower beds along with planting mums in the planters. As of today, the weather forecast for Monday and Tuesday looks to be 50's and SUNNY!
