The World Reform Project is currently seeking volunteers who are willing and able to participate in a litter cleanup event in your area!
Candidates must:
- first fill out a Volunteer Application, complete a virtual Orientation
- be physically capable of lifting 25lbs/the weight of a full garbage bag
- the ability to move safely over uneven terrain
- the ability to wear personal protective gear
When volunteering in a group, or with persons under the age of 18, a Group Coordinator or Legal Guardian is required.
A Group Coordinator is a designated volunteer who:
- is 18 years old or older
- ensures the safety and compliance of the litter clean up event
- is responsible for picking up the provided gloves and bags from a sponsor in your area
- is responsible for making sure all collected litter is properly disposed of
- able to submit the required before and after photos of the clean up
