Volunteer Sewing Machine Program Assistant needed for:
- Maintaining a database of machines (incoming, out for repair, for sale, and sold)
- Testing and cleaning newly-donated sewing machines
- Assistance with sourcing replacement parts and manuals
- Demonstrating machines to prospective buyers by appointment
Stitch Buffalo is an inclusive space for Refugee and Immigrant women to create handcrafted goods and find economic empowerment. Volunteers should be prepared to work among a diverse group of people in an energetic, fast-paced environment where many languages are spoken.
