Help BNHV celebrate Halloween!

 

This year, our Halloween Trick or Treat comes in two forms: a drive-thru and our traditional event! 

 

Event attendees will drive or walk through our decorated and gently spooky Historic Village and collect candy at our historic buildings. 

 

Volunteers Needed

We need volunteers for admissions, handing out candy, serving refreshments, monitoring the event, and decorating the buildings.

 

Drive-Thru Trick or Treat

The Drive-Thru Trick or Treat will be held on Thursday, October 20th from 6 PM - 8 PM. Volunteer shift runs from 5:30 PM to 8 PM.

Volunteers can either work at admissions or by handing out candy. This event is completely outside, so please dress for the weather. Costumes encouraged!

 

Traditional Trick or Treat 

The Traditional Trick or Treat will be held on Friday, October 21st and Saturday, October 22nd.

There are two shifts per night. Volunteers can choose from the First Shift or the Second Shift. 

  • First Shift: 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM
  • Second Shift: 6 PM - 9 PM

Volunteers can work at admissions, serving refreshments, monitoring the event, or by handing out candy. This event is completely outside, so please dress for the weather. Costumes encouraged!

Inclement Weather Plan: In the event of rain or snow, event will be held as scheduled. In the event of a thunderstorm, event will be paused and all volunteers and attendees will be given shelter until the storm has passed. This event is held outside, so volunteers are required to dress for the weather.
