A volunteer Pilates/yoga instructors are needed to teach yoga and/or Pilates. This volunteer would help clients use movement and fitness to alleviate stress, negative body issues and trauma. This opportunity would be one to two times per week between 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
We are also looking for a volunteer life/motivational coach to work with our clients during the week from 9-12 p.m.
Once you submit your volunteer REQUEST thru VolunteerWNY, our Volunteer Coordinator will contact you about scheduling a shift. All volunteers must complete an application BEFORE being added to the volunteer schedule. PLEASE do not just show up without speaking to our Volunteer Coordinator. We want to ensure everyone has a GREAT volunteer experience, and need to prepare for your arrival.
