Goodwill's Goodskills Career Builder initiative helps people find jobs and build careers so they can change their lives.
With this volunteer opportunity you will help program graduates develop their interviewing skills.

2. Time frame: Depending on the size of the cohort, the length of the interview slots and the time may change, but generally they will be anywhere from 8:30-1:30PM on graduation days (they have historically been 11-1:30PM, though this can change depending on class size).
3. Commitment: To do 1-3 mock interviews with Goodskills graduates, using the common list of questions provided, with some additional questions that one may think are important to ask. Also providing feedback to the participant, and talking through any questions or concerns and returning the interview guide to the Goodskills team, so that they may follow-up with any areas of improvement as needed.

5. Additional: We can accommodate in-person and virtual interviews, if needed, but in-person are preferable.
6. Volunteers would be more than welcome to stay for graduation (happens directly after mock interviews finish).
